Late Breaking Announcements

1) Thursday - Closing Program @ 8pm

   - Parents Welcome

   - Bring Lawn Chairs
   - Stay for snacks and fellowship

 

2) Donations for Meyersdale Food Pantry ( Casselman Valley Helpers )

    - Personal hygiene; soap, toothpaste, shampoo

    - Paper products; toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels

    - Cleaning products

    - Hamburger helper, canned soup

    - Also Donations of money appreciated

 

3) Food for staff will be provided by Salisbury UCC church on Monday - Thursday evenings. :)

   This is especially for the staff who are working during the day and have limited time before VBS

   starts. The evening snacks will then be reserved for the students.  

 

4) Salisbury Parade at 7:00 p.m. Friday July 23

   - We will have a float for the students to ride in the parade and the older kids may walk.

   - Everyone should wear their VBS shirts to the parade.

   - Meet @ Salisbury Church of the Brethern @ 6pm - 132 Union Street

   - Bring candy to throw if you want  

 

6) Clean up after VBS.

   We will need a lot of help to take down tents and return tables, chairs and equipment to the

   various churches. This can be done after Thursday night program, or Friday July 23, Saturday  

   July 24. If you have donated a tent to be used at VBS, please be responsible for taking it down

   or find someone else who could do it for you.
